To help navigate to the Clark Gym, RIT has a wonderful campus map to use, MAP!
Friday: Doors will open at 5 PM on Friday night. We will have a couple of hours to get settled and mingle. We will have our open-stage show at 9 PM (contact Jeff Peden if interested in performing - jeffpeden@gmail.com.) The doors will close for the night at 12 AM.
Saturday: Doors will open at 10AM. We will have our merch table, including this years T-shirt as well as an amazing raffle to participate in. Ticket sales for the evening show will be available in the gym. The gym will close at 5:30 PM and doors to the Ingle Auditorium will open at 7:10 PM. Take the time and get some food before the show. The doors to the gym will reopen at 9 PM and we will be closed for the night at 12 AM.
Sunday: Doors to the gym open at 10 AM. The day will end at 3 PM.
With regards to parking for the event. We recommend parking in Lot D, Lot N, or Lot E. With Open House being this weekend as well, the parking may be a little tricky. You can park wherever on campus but these are the closest lots to the Clark Gym.
